Yeah exactly that would be the correct way of handling the situation but I guess that just to much to ask for, instead they handle it the best way they know how ...with violence,typical! I was just thinking about that as well I mean you know she could of had an heart attack or stroke I mean seriously who is to say that she did resist arrest and it's not the cops trying to justify there actions?

"It was very loud, it was antagonistic, it was very derogatory toward my partner and I," he testified.


Iâ??d guess that the woman and her husband probably did antagonize the cops, who came to investigate something (possibly dangerous) and were met with verbal abuse and physical hostility by this couple. Cops are human beings, and all people have their limits. If anybody does not understand this, and throws more fuel on a fire, then they can't expect to walk away unscathed every time they get nasty with law enforcement officers who, by the way, are putting their lives on the line every day for the public.

All she had to say was something like, â??Everythingâ??s OK here, officer, I hit the horn by mistake. Sorry!â?�. I think that would probably have prevented the problem from escalating.
