call people and conduct a sex or drug survey for the govt and ask them stupid questions then tell them the results will be sent to them in 6months!

call an office building and ask about the secretarys job, then ask for the boss, ask to speak to someone about his job, etc

i always call up people on the lowend phones sex lines where people actually tried to get laid in real life, then me and this kid get random girls to come to remote parking lots in minneapolis near peoples houses that we know, and call up the people and tell us if they see whatever car the chick would have was in the parking lot near their house, and then tell the person to call the cops and make stupid girls on phone sex lines get busted for doin nothing, it kicked ass

Call from a cordless in the bathroom. When they answer "Hello?" Flushhhhhhhh. I remember and episode where beavis and butthead did this to someone in the phonebook named "Harry Sachz" uh huh huh huh.... harry sacks.. huh huh

well i dont think this is that good but when stoned me and my friend get a kick out of it...

ring a random number and when they say hello be like "hello?, who is this?" and then be like why did you ring me? the person will be like "i didnt" "yes you did just then! why do u think im on the phone! :| what are youi crazy now plz tell me who you are and why you called stop playing games!?! " and they will totally get stressed and tripped out.... i think its funny... but that could just be me...

or ring up a random person in the phonebook so u can hav there last name and say " hello is that mr/mrs.(insert randoms last name)? and they'lll userly say yes, then say i was just calling to let you know that we will be delivering your 18 cows this afternoon at about 4. and it goes on from there lol...be creative..keep insisting that the person ordered them and like read out there address and recite the phone number and shit... these are ones me and my friends made up....so use them wisley!

When i was about 10, my neighbor and i called this goofy kid from school and told him his family's credit card had expired. It was funny shit....until his mother called back in 5 minutes.
