    seedling stage grow question?

Yeah, seedlings cannot process much light for photosynthesis at their stage anyway. That's why some growers start off their seedlings under fluorescents. So yeah, it's ok for now.

    seedling stage grow question?

No. Its not ok. That type of light has the complete wrong spectrum and the only impact it will have on your seedling is to cook it with all the heat it gives off. You are 100x's better off finding a couple flourescent bulbs around the house and using them.

    seedling stage grow question?

I have a phillips agro light that's at 75 watts and that coupled with my fishtank lights with daytime spectrum works amazingly. As for 120w...hmm.
