Just tell the judge you were hanging with a friend, and they gave you a brownie and it ended up being cooked with MJ in it and they didn't tell you. and that had you known you would not have accepted it because your on probation. End of story it wasn't your fault, and you don't have to lie about your test which will get you in deeper shit, your in a hole dig yourself out not deeper into it! Good luck on your hearing. I found out this morning at around 9 am that I failed my court saliva test. I came back positive. My probation officer said that they'll set a hearing and there are a variety of options the judge can carry out. He can - Extend Probation - Extend Probation and up my couseling session - Extend probation, send me to a juvenile detentional facility for 3 months So, as I was pacing I turned and looked at my Rating: 5
