Just tell the judge you were hanging with a friend, and they gave you a brownie and it ended up being cooked with MJ in it and they didn't tell you. and that had you known you would not have accepted it because your on probation. End of story it wasn't your fault, and you don't have to lie about your test which will get you in deeper shit, your in a hole dig yourself out not deeper into it! Good luck on your hearing.
