So, I got up from my computer a couple moments ago and paced throughout my room. I found out this morning at around 9 am that I failed my court saliva test. I came back positive. My probation officer said that they'll set a hearing and there are a variety of options the judge can carry out. He can

- Extend Probation
- Extend Probation and up my couseling session
- Extend probation, send me to a juvenile detentional facility for 3 months

So, as I was pacing I turned and looked at my poster on my wall and looked at the word MARIJUANA at the top. Lynyrd Skynyrd's Free Bird was playing and so I said, "Well, Mary Jane, bye and bye girl, it's been sweet love. Though this feeling, I can't change."

My every waking moment has since been consumed by this menace that is running around my head. I can't stop worrying about what's going to happen to me. I live in Indiana, and I'm a minor on probation for reckless possession of paraphrenalia. My first drug test was about 2-3 weeks ago, it was a saliva test. I had been on probation, roughly, 2 months before this test.

My hearing will probably be the 17th of August. I've been reading around, and it says that should you ever fail a court drug test, raise hell. Swear up and down that you hadn't smoked, ask the court to test you again, and that you'll prove it.

The reason why I failed my drug test was because I was going to use Certo on the day of my test. So, at 3:30 in the morning (I'm usually up until 7-8 am) I took some resin hits from my pipe. So, I went in there thinking I was going to pass their pathetic little piss test. Only to be surprised and side-swiped by their SALIVA test. I was fucked. I knew it.

So, now, I don't know what to do. I'm completely depressed about this entire thing, not in a self-pity mopy kind of manner. But, no matter what I do, or how busy I keep myself its always in the back of my mind keeping me from being truly happy now. Does anyone have ANY idea as to what might happen?

The day of my hearing I'm going to use Certo with Gatorade, as well as eat lots and lots of red meat, I'll probably end up taking creatine pills to keep my piss yellow, as well. I'm going to raise hell because they say that an innocent always does. So, I'm going to tell the judge I hadn't smoked, see if I get tested before the judge rules anything, and pray I pass.

I'm basically just wondering if anyone knows the law and what usually happens in this kind of situation. But, I guess it's sorta hard to tell the future....

I just know that there is really no way I can make it in a juvenile detentional facility. As much as anyone thinks its nothing big, believe me, I'm a wuss and not the kind of "hardass" or whatever that could take it. If I ever got sent to prison, I'd PROBABLY have to hang myself, lol. Seriously though, juvy really isn't for me.
