City of God is really good. Maria Full of grace..I liked that one too.

Bus 174 is an excellent movie if you haven't seen it. (violence warning)

Breaking Waves was an older one I think is really good too.

I can't wait to check these new ones out....

but then again a foreign film to me is from america.


The seven samurai!!!!!!!! ok theres a good one. 1950's japaneese movie about honour, sacrifice, nobility, forgiveness, mercy and kick ass wicked sword fighting...at the point when guns rendered swords virtually obsolete

I just ordered Amores Perros from Block buster...

theres this visual documentary from russia called Naqoyqatsi its one hell of a trip, i highly recommend this one

Amores Perros is really graphic.

Oh yeah and the motorcycle diaries is an amazing movie. The boy from Amores Perros is in that, and hes also in Y Tu Mama Tambien. Hes also a major babe. I know his first name is Gael..but I forget the rest.

But yeah Amores Perros is definitly among one of the most graphically fucked up movies I have ever seen.
