so that light is to much? for it so what do i use??? i have a spot light thing thats 60w or something but i dont know the rest about it or anything its an old light...i dunno i guess im gonna just have to try out the shop lights i have as i dont have alot of money to put into this as its my first grow and i just got out of school...and is mylar paint? sorry if i seem dumb or anything just that i am very new to this first time for me...and i dont want to mess it up but then again im not gonna have the best plants as i dont have the best seeds or lights or anything...so any advice or any cheap lights or anything if u could just list or tell me the brand and where u get it would be great help thanks once again..
