Wow, your roomate really need to mature and take responsablity for her actions. You'de be better off without her in your house. That sucks she left you witht he rent tho and dident pay what she was suposed to pay off. Doesent look like she'll be paying for anything but drugs now and she'll get into an even deeper hole most likly. I hope she grows up!!!
