Best Things to watch when high!
I'm a big fan of stuff about physics / cosmology on the science channel. Another favorite of mine is to throw a copy of Pink Floyd's "Pulse" into the DVD player, turn down the lights, turn up the volume and hold on!
For the laughs, got to go with the classics "Up In Smoke" anyone?

HBO series': Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, Rome, Brotherhood, Huff. You can feel the power of every scene of these poignant masterpieces.
Films: American Beauty (greatest movie ever made, in my opinion), Fight Club, Apocalypse Now, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Into the Wild, The Lion in Winter, Dazed and Confused, the Lord of the Rings, Twelfth Night, Waking Life
The Led Zeppelin DVD is also PHENOMENAL when you're toasted! Every note Jimmy Page hits strikes you with awe and humility in the face of the gods...the way the band just plays together as a unit will generate a huge perma-grin. They made such a wide range of music...everyone remembers them as the hard-hitting pre-metal band, but "Going to California" and "That's the Way" on the DVD will bring you to bucolic bliss.

In my experience, most non-anime things on Adult Swim are awesome when baked (they're awesome sober too) Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job always has me on the floor laughing, as do Robot Chicken and Aqua Teen.

Lindsay's pretty damn good, yeah. I saw this DVD a few weeks ago, "Hendrix Plays Berkley"...don't know if it was him or if it was the bong hits, but my god, I went to another place.
