You think the Dems would be any better? Clinton raised the war on drugs from 1.5 billion per year to 16.5 billion per year (but I didn't inhale...ya right!). The REAL problem is world politics...you know the kind of "legal" cash would be in the hands of the drug lords, etc. A brand new ultru rich class!
