Any suggestions for newbie?

I'm going to try some weed tomorrow, but I've heard lots of stories of people just having a panic attack their first time. Any suggestions on how I could avoid such panic attacks and just enjoy the relaxing aspects, like should I get drunk before, or how many hits i should take?

my advice:
smoke lots
outa a bong
drink a slurpee
eat a brownie
box a room ---> watch a movie ---> drink another slurpee
go home sleep


oh.. and dont forget.. take a bunch more air in after ur bong hit so aall the smoke goes aaaaall the way into ur lungs, hold it for a bit blow out the smoke take the chamber orr do ur bong hit and chamber all in 1, but remember.. inhale...
