So lemme get this straight.
W. installs a man to speak for the United States of America who doesn't have the backing of the majority of the population of the United States of America (look at a census report; the "minority" of Democratic senators represent more people than the Republican "majority")?
Wow, another genius idea from the man who choked on a pretzel.\"The elephant has a thick skin, a head full of ivory, and as everyone who has seen a circus parade knows, proceeds best by grasping the tail of its predecessor.\" - Adlai Stevenson

Reaction to John Bolton's Appointment as Ambassador to U.N.
The Associated Press
Published: Aug 1, 2005
"I am truly concerned that a recess appointment will only add to John Bolton's baggage and his lack of credibility with the United Nations. That said, the president has made this decision, and I will do everything in my power to support Mr. Bolton as he takes this new position." - Sen. George Voinovich, R-Ohio
