yo im living in toronto and i have a question about the legality of weed. i got booked a few nights ago with some weed, not over 15 grams. what can i expect when i go infront of the judge? fine? probation? criminal record? its my first offence. thank you for any help.

i thought anything under 28 is just conisidered possession. I'm from toronto too and when one of my buddies got caught with an ozzy, it was just soime lousy fine.
