I forgot to mention....I am about 5'4" and weigh about 175.....
I have been reading up and get so confused with all the stuff that is written. Your advice to others seems pretty hip.

I am trying to get a job with a government contractor and will have to take a pre-employment drug test at QuestDiagnostics in approximately 2 weeks. I stopped smoking 2 weeks ago and have purchased some THC test strips. I have been experimenting daily and have been getting the 2 lines faintly after drinking lots of water. I take vitamins daily and wonder if i should take more of the B complex to keep the yellow in muh pee. Also Rating: 5
