My friend and I both take about 2.5 Tbs cause we're little guys. My friend can't stomach it, threw it all up after about half an hour. I on the otherhand, held mine. Made it to sleep with the slightest float about my body then, upon awaking, I had this feeling; a bit of a mixture: Being stoned and bloody paranoid, about 3 sleeping pills, sick to my stomach dizzy. This stuff is unpleasant guys. Stay two steps back.
