OK you are right by start with micro 1st grow 2nd and bloom 3rd, your amounts are light that's good, they should be equal though, unless you are doing a 3v-2m-1b formula ...then I wouldn't use more than a 33% measure per g of all the additives your listing, if at all until I got them used to nutes.
truncheon meter is great,,,you shouldn't have a reading of more than 2-3 ppm/tds for RO water...I think 250-300 ppm nute levels would be best in order to acclimate plants to nute uptake, then increase weekly until you can follow the reccommended nutrient levels...imho p.s. if your ppm is too high just add ph ro water until it is where you need it

First you mix the nutrients micro, grow bloom in RO water. Let it set for about 5 min after you mixed it up. The nutrients have a Ph buffer built in so give it a chance first. Take a small amount of your nutrient mix in a small glass and set it aside. Check the Ph and the PPM or sounds like you have an EC meter. Sorry if you want PPM you need to do the math. You take the reading before you add Ph up or Down because that will change the PPM reading and give false readings. If you need to balance the Ph do it now. After the Ph is balanced you add supplements like CalMag Plus or flower boosters if you are in that stage. They will raise the PPM level about 300 PPM each but only in one or two areas. You are after a NPK reading so that is just Micro, grow, bloom. The mesurement you are reading is only good for that period of time.

    Get it?
