... skunk special that is 6 weeks into 12/12. AK47 make thin buds while skunk special had when 1 month of 12/12 thicker buds already. I join some pics : ak47 buds at one month of 12/12(pic 1 and 2), skunk special at one month of 12/12(pic 3) and skunk special at 6 weeks of 12/12. Do you think it's normal or AK47 is a little late in the schedule? Or maybe skunk special has got over average buds compared to other strains?

I grow skunk special from female seeds(femaleseeds.nl). It's given for 7,5/8,5 weeks. Now they are in the 7th week, and some pistils become to be brown. Last crop i made with this strain, they finished in 9 weeks, judging by the trichs. But the buds begin to get thick as soon as the third week of 12/12, after they keep on getting thicker and longer, a pleasure to see. Very good strain, good quality and good yielder too. The great deal in fact. But my question is about AK47!!! I saw on strain base an example, and i think it's a normal behaviour. They must get thicker on the last 2 weeks, so i wait and see...

Yeah Fhydro, my AK47 grew the most in the last 5 weeks of flowering. Are they from Serious Seeds? if so, don't worry about the quality of the seed. I ordered skunk special last night wish me luck. Do you think it's better to have 2 plants with good room to grow, or three a little crowded with this strain (for yield reasons)??????
