I skate(board), bike, walk like a mile or two to work and then back everyday but thats not much of a workout. I was in wrestling and weight-training during the school year and could bench about 100, I'm 6'3" and weigh about 165 LBS. I've got my own bench, bar and dumbells-and weights of course so its not to hard to work out, I also used to do 200 sit-ups and 60 push-ups before bed, I increased by 5 every night. Currently-with work and skateboarding and all that, I'm a lazy shit.
