i lift weights about 3x a week, bench (my body weight), curls, rows, ect., run 4mi in about 36min 3x a week bike 1-2x a week sometimes i do sprints too, besides taking my dogs out to care for my plants about 1-2mi in the deep woods with 4-6gal of water about 3-5x a week.

btw jekl, i don't think that pot really bothers my training except for my lung compasity(sp) and function.
