surprisingly this has worked well for me for the 3 weeks i've been doing. i'd say this is the best physical shape i've had in my life. i'm 5'11', 145lbs....and you know my shit's toned...sorry...i can be proud though, right. shit, no more than a year ago, i weighed 210lbs.

I lift about 4 times a week, but run about 6 times a week. Lately I've been lifting 5 days a week, but on the 5th day, I tend to keep it lighter than normal.
