Yeah, laws like that start out of a single event. In OK it's "illegal for a bar owner to pretend to have sex with a buffalo." A bar owner probably had a buffalo for some event and started dry humping it after a few beers and a cop wrote him a ticket. Once the judge finds him guilty, it becomes the precedent for a law.

To be honest, I don't understand OK or Kansas. Every time I fly over them, they look flat as a lake. Don't you get lost in a place that flat? How do you know where you are? And corn is nice and I like it sometimes, but it just isn't scenic.
