Ha, thanks, Clever...I used bag seed from three different bags and ended up with four varieties of plants (the mostly-sativas were all males). One just matured much faster and was the girl that was killed...

Well, cactus juice is very low in nitrogen, which is the most important nute in the veg period. I'm still just a learning newb, but I'd have to guess it wouldn't do what is needed at all.

well im going to get some bat terds, how much should i add to make the tea? like atleast a gallon...? thanks

Hey, ask away...no prob...

I usually used a good two or three teaspoons per gallon. Shake well, then let stand for anywhere from 10 minutes to overnight. It's all good. And I was unable to overdose/burn my test plant with it. It's GREAT stuff.

Just a quick Flower Day 63 update...

Man, 63 freaking days of flowering and counting. What ever made me think 8 weeks an out? The last of the fan leaves are dying off as they are being used up...trichs are 50% clear and 50% cloudy, but just a really slow change. Kolas are all sticky as hell. One more week for the last of the cactus juice to work out of their system, then a flush and just maybe it'll be time.

Again, 400w HPS and 250w MH, along with a few CFL's. Four girls still alive, with one hanging dead drying.

I realized after posting about using HD's hash oil recipe, that I'd also used Hardonna in the scraps. So all of Hardonna has now been smoked, except for a sample I'd passed along to a friend.

They just get a tiny bit fatter every day. Not much change.

I've always wondered how much different healthy seeds from crappy bud compare to really good bag weed seeds. HD talked about reaching genetic potential in your grow and that most grows could simply have been done better and the bud cured for greater potency.

I'd love to grow some of the frosty looking monsters you see in the gallery, but I'm more into sprouting seeds from bud that I really like. I keep track of what the buzz was like on the containers that I save my seeds.

If I can duplicate some of the pot I've bought from a friend recently, then to hell with buying from a seed bank. I'm sure that sounds pretty ignorant to a seasoned grower, but it's just the way I look at it...
