Happen with blinking as well? it does with me ALL the time, like i try to see how often i blink and then it stop being automatic and then after a while i just start forgetting to do it manually and carry on lol

BREATH MOTHAFUCKA BREATH!!! No...dident work with me only because i dont breath every 5 secounds till i start again...its been that way since I could remember and its not gunna change i dont think.

And i hardly blink until i remember too or if my contacts are bothering me....well maybe but most of the time i have to remember.

i tend to do that alot and i have sinus problems and allergies , etc.. so soemtimes i take a long pause between breaths which causes me to get light headed and dizzy sometimes. and i have anxiety so my avg pulse is like 90.
