Well, I bet most of our electronic communications, including our posts on this site, go through ECHELON, a vast international "intelligence-gathering" (i.e. spying-on-citizens) network run by the governments of the US, UK, Canada and Australia. So yes, the government is likely watching us.

Individual police officers probably come here regularly as well. Out of all the cops on the planet, you'd think some might try browsing through the web's most popular drug-related message boards looking for easy busts every now and then, don't you think?

they could track anyone who logs in if the just get our IP addresses when we surf on the site, but they need a court right for that so i dont think they have time to waste but its really easy to track down

The government isn't afraid of the courts. The government is the courts. They will collect all the information they desire, and so long as it is kept on the down-low there's really nothing anybody can do about it.
