i am new and i was woundering if havibng a murcury light it foine to grow teh plant in..i only have one and its for personal use only...buying a uv ray tube is bout 200 bucks and i cant afford it....but teh murcury light is only 55$...is that sweet to use?

also another question...i have a black light it is a normal bulb been dippen in ultra violet....will i be able to use that to grow or not?
