the only active ingedient is: DXM

the inactive ingedients are: alchohol 1.4%, citric acid, FD&C red no. 40, flavors, glucose, glycerin, high fructose corn syrup, saccharin, sodium, sodium benzoate, water

is it safe to take? ive never done DXM before, im about 250 pounds and 6 feet tall. whats a safe amount to take my first time?

It is safe to take, but one bottle probably wont give u much of a buzz.
I would suggest taking 1 and a half bottles of tussin.

well theres 15mg of DXM in every 5mL of the syrup, 237mL total. so thats 711mg of DXM...

i agree with this, totally. man..for the first few trips at least only do like 4 oz..haha and if not, video tape that shit for me cause its going to be bonkers!!
