sounds like a phycosematic reaction to smoking bud. nex time try smoking with a freind at the old familar place. you know the bedroom, the fort, wherever. just as long as your relaxed. if you feel a panic attack focus on somthing, and take nice long deep breaths, in through your nose and out of your mouth. pot is a social drug, share it with a freind.

I used to be a MAJOR stoner. u know getting high 6 times a day, every day(the good life). then one time last year i took a shit load of painkillers(similar to vicadin) and smoked a few big bowls. I started to have a hard time breathing and everything went to shit. it was kinda like a panic attack, i guess. Right after that i got on probation (for alcohol) and i just recently got off, after about 8 months of it. Now when i try to smoke, something similar happens. It feels much different than Rating: 5
