My bad not teaspoon, tablespoon. That was the worst shit I've ever had. You essentially only take it if you want to have diarreha, and feel like you want to throw up all day.

Like i said, when i first took it, i got a strong fever, that passed in about an hour. I slept on it, felt fine the next day, until late at night when suddenly everything seemed like a dream and i wasn't participating in the world. The next morning, today, I feel like shit.

No fun, I do not reccomend to anyone, not even prison inmates.
