Been around for 54 years. Started another indoor grow and have two beautiful plants. What does it mean to top a plant and when do you do it??

What's up, just found this thread. I'm from the eastern half of New York state, from the City to Plattsburgh, Amsterdam my home town. Been living here for 11 years, 6 straight.
