brown leaves tips
do you known why the leaves of some plants have brown and curled tips. In the same grow room, one of the same plants does not have this problem. The other grow begins to have that also. What can it be? Too much nutes ? Thanks

90% of the time tips looking like that is toxic salt build up.
That's not over fertilizing it left over fertilizer and then you feed then again, the build up of nutrients.
If you are not about to finish do a flush and cut the brown tips off.

It's true that sometimes i put new nutes without removing all the last nute solution. Now i will remove all the old one before adding somemore. But i think that heat and high EC is not good anyway. With the heat, a lot of water go in the air and the nutes are more concentrated. Do you think it's a good thing to add just some normal water? It lowers the EC and rises the PH, and every 10 days max i flush for brand new nute mix.

Very true heat is very bad. If you change every 7-10 day's that great. If the water level drops before you change you just add Ph adjusted RO water to bring the water level back up to normal. Even if it's only for a few day's you still bring the water level back up to normal.

Flush in between cycle grows. Flush at the end of the vegetation cycle right at the beginning of the 12/12 light cycle. It takes about 5-7 day's for the plant to switch from vegetation to flower. It's good to flush before you start to feed flower cycle nutrients.
Hint- if you can afford it pick up some Advanced nutrients "Bud Blood" you only use it the first week you start using nutrients in the flower cycle. Then use what ever you are going to use as your bloom enhancer. I like the Dr. Hornby's big bud my self. Awesome Blossoms is good too.
