In my state possession is like a 2 year felony and a few thousand dollar fine lol....but the cops here are well kinda a little left of center and are pretty dumb and slow. By the way this is an exam for what? What kind of exam would hold you if you'd ever been convicted of a misdemeanor? That's just fucked...

ok guys i found this information regarding my license. they showed a whole lot of criminal convictions that can deny my license but all of them were things i never did. i did read one section where it said:

License may be denied if TWO or more convictions involving the consumption or use of drugs or alcohol when at least one of those convictions involves driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

This possession offense is the only ticket i ever got. should i worry? should i disclose this information to them?
