try doing some meditation before sleeping, ive had problems with super intense dreams my whole life, and not only do you wake up frequently from them you dont feel as rested afterwards if the dream is intense. i found meditating before sleeping helped. weeds good too but obviously in your case that aint an option
forestcouch Reviewed by forestcouch on . I would rather not have dreams I decided I'm gonna quit for 7 days, I'm on my 3rd day right now. I don't know if it happens to you, but when I don't smoke I get the most intense dreams, some of them good, some pretty fucked up. Last night I kept waking up, one of the times I thought someone punched me in the side of the face as hard as they could and it woke me up real quick, then it takes me about an hour to get back to bed. I'm gonna stick it out, cause I've been smoking way to much lately, but I have to wake up @ 8:00 Rating: 5
