I have no problem with gay people. I've worked with a ton of gay men, all as different as snowflakes. Some likable, some not. IMO anyone is capable of being gay if they found the right person, its not just about sex, though preference generally is the ultimate deciding factor. There are obnoxious gay people just as there are obnoxious straight, what they like to do in the bedroom has nothing to do with them as a person or how they do and/or should interact with other people.

What I dont like is "cliche gay". If I may explain - men and women who follow the stereotypes (mainly from the media) to a tee, compromising any and all characteristics that makes them unique, interesting, and an individual. And its not just "cliche gay", it could be "cliche punk" or "cliche goth" or "cliche rebel", even "cliche pothead", any form of conforming in the name of being a non-conformist. I like people who are individuals, who are true to their character and self. Whether or not they have sex with members of the same sex or simply have body piercing or smoke weed shouldn't effect their personality to such a degree that it seems they no longer have one. When people fall into stereotypical behavior it makes me feel as though they are dishonest and lack interesting personality and character.
I hope that makes sense.

Jadeius, though Ive only seen your posts in this thread it seems to me you seem pretty true to self, and are dimensional. I really admire that. Cuz it really could be so easy to fall into the stereotypes given the enormous amount of pressure and expectation to do so. Bravo.
