The best way is to use a propane torch and heat two butter knives up until they're red hot, then squish one onto a little BB size nug of hash or sticky bud and sandwich it between the other blade. You can suck the smoke directly into your mouth, or you can cut the bottom off of a 2 liter pop bottle and let the smoke accumulate in there for a big shotgun hit.

It's not my normal smoking method, but it's definately a nice mixup when there's a lot of people. Something different, y'know.
