its a sign of wilting.. your babies are dying!! move the bulb away from the plants.. sounds like ur burning them.

It really takes more skill to grow a seedling under a 600 watt bulb than it takes to raise an entire crop.. Make life easy on yourself and get ANY light besides a 600 watt HPS (40 watt flor preferably - 5.00 at Hardware store)

Curious, how close is the light to your plant?

How do you grow a 600w sodium bulb in Plagron soil?.. just kidding
Gardenknowm is right, one fluoro tube will work wonders for seedlings for small grow,
once standing with 4-5 nodes, shoot the big light to them, start about 30" away and move closer 6-9" every 3 days or so until you really see'em perk up, then keep light at that distance...watch them, if the tips turn up and burn, back the light off..your plants will always tell you if they feel good>>>hope this helps latewood

I would try to pick up fluoros (low heat) so you can get light right on top of them. at least until they get more resistent to the heat.imho, but you can manage them with your 600, just keep an eye on them. What is your room temp...please convert.

You didn't give your plants fertilizer before 3 weeks of growing right? Fertilizer will cause burning in the leaves.
