I'd say it was a scam! Usually all of that type of stuff is a scam. Don't waste your money. All those work from home and stupid mystery shop for cash bullshit and all that ad surfing for cash stuff is just bullshit, they take your money and run! I know nothing though so don't believe me. I couldn't tell you for sure but I see scam all over it!

the get paid to surf pitches are mostly bullshit,but I've found hundreds of reliable mystery shop companies online.I shop for 3 of them right now on a on/off basis.Hard to make a living at it but it's great for getting free meals and gas.
