Not sure of the dimensions but it looks fine for one plant.

Looks like a 5 gallon bubbler to me.
No problem for 1 plant.
Very easy to use, Run a search on bubblers.
There's plenty of info on bubblers and there use.
Ive seen many great grows using them.

it's there and if you have nothing better it's a great plant to learn with. You will not yield very much but the challenge is to finish the plant to harvest or even veg it long enough to cut some clones for the next run. As long as you have a female plant growing from clones is faster.
Watch the temperature and don't let it get to hot.
