Salvia extract is better smoked in a bong using a turbo lighter as it requires high temp. to get the most from it, on how to take it 1st I always take a short hit to get used to the taste I then take a long hit and hold as long as possible after the 2nd long hit you should become acquainted with the spirit Salvia have a read about it before you take it

Since its crushed how do I eat/smoke/chew it?
