there are many ways to get back at the narcs and the wannabee narcs in your own comunnitys ..it just takes a couple of things ..spare time and some creativity ...2 things that most stoners have plenty of ..so come on people lets see some good idea's here....the more money they waste the less money they have to fuck with us ...plus at the end of the year when they go back to reup thier budget and thier arrest numbers are lower ..they get less money ..be carful and be creative
