Well you asked for help and I asked some questions so now I will give you MY advice.

If I were you....I would...

1. Lose the stupid clay balls.
2. Give the babies some water.
3. Get some damn light on them. 80W isnt shit to what you need.
4. Get a fan with some balls...and get the fan on the space between the lights and tops.

Do these things and you should be ok.

As for the light poison theory, I do not beleive that.

If you want small bushes, you need lots of light.

Here are some plants I grew under almost 600W (TRUE WATTS) of CFL since they broke soil. If you have a fan to disperse the heat, you wont get heat burn.

Your grow, your call.....

Lights????? That is NOT your problem. Yet.

It will be if you dont get more.

Good Luck on your grow
HARDDON Reviewed by HARDDON on . My babies have gone "bunny"! whats wrong New Indoor grower here. Im just learning about all the ins and outs of indoor growing. Im at day 9 from seedling sprout. I have had a few problems with under-lighting, then over-lighting and heat burn (death of a few). Those that survived seem to be doing ok except for the fact that they have gone into some kind of "bunny mode" The first and second leaves are sticking straight up They are under a 4-20w/6500k CFL's (afraid to add more light as thats how I killed the others) in an organic Rating: 5
