I was thinking about going to one of thoes places that pays you to test their drugs. I have been told it pays about $1000/visit. Anyone have any comments/has anyone done this before?

DRUG TESTING!?!?!
How about dying of heart failure at the age of 35? Is that worth $1000.00? I wouldn't trust a drug company as far as I could spit a rat.

DRUG TESTING!?!?!
I'd still recommend against it. They'll probably make you sign a waiver, that releases them from accountability. Unless you have an excellent (make that expensive) lawyer, you're.... um, to put it mildly, having intercourse without your consent. In the event that you grew an extra head or had some sort of liver failure, it's their lawyers against your lawyer(s), a very expensive and time consuming thing. And they've got a lot of money invested in their legal counsel. Hard to concentrate on a legal action when you're counting your remaining days in actual days.
Don't do it. If the pharmaceutical companies were that confident of their products, they could test it on themselves and their children. (Not bloody likely!)
