Morgan Spurlock didn't sit on his ass allday, he lived his daily life. He went to work, had sex, ect...What's frightening though, is that a lot of people DO eat too much fastfood, and they DO sit around on their asses. Sure, you eat some fastfood, then go work out, that's all great. But most Americans DON'T work out in addition to eating fastfood. Maybe the problem is fastfood, but a main contributor to laziness, is fastfood.
