I eat fast food. It's the shit. If i could i'd eat it every day and not care.

Avoiding fast food is a start, but if you really want to be healthy, dont buy anything in the grocery store thats processed. A lot of frozen dinners are just as bad as fast food.

I was in San Diego (once) and went to this fast food salad bar buffet place. Nothin but Salad Bar (and they may have had soup) and quality fresh produce. Pay by weight, out of there quick.

Anyone from SD know this place ????

I hadn't ate at a fast food joint in 4 or 5 years. Use to but got tired of having stomach problems and such. Hardly will eat any meat unless it chicken or fish.

...i stepped inside mcdonalds today wanting a oreo mcflurry (the only thing that i really go in there to get) and i ended up leaving with a chesseburger. i'm almost positive that there are narcotics in mcdonalds meat...or maybe, it's the puddle of ketchup they splash on them.

White Castle when I just can't fight the munchies. No cheese though...their cheese is kinda gross.
