Preparing H. B. Woodrose seeds? (Help please!!)

Me again.
I ordered 35 HB Woodrose seeds off the internet recently & I was reading on erowid.org about them as I always do. About a year ago I had some morning glory seeds and those things were hard to break! I tried to hack them with a hammer but I didn't get very far. Then I filtered them into some water with a coffee filter & drank the water but as you might have already guessed nothing happened.
I read everyone's experiences on Erowid but I still don't know exactly how to do this. I don't know how to chop them. I know you take the stuff off the seed 1st then I guess you boil the seeds then filter it then hack them with a hammer & boil the seeds again & filter it again & drink it? How much of the seed do you actually get doing that though? I'm going to filter it with a sock or something this time instead of a coffee filter which is harder, but I'll probably get it wrong anyway.
I'm taking 3 or 4 seeds cause it's my first time, so doing that I might not get any effects at all.
any suggestions?

ALSO, I really want to know, do you have to drink it immediately, or can you wait a few hours? Like....6 maybe?

With HB's, just scrape off the fuzz. Put em in something and roll over em with a rolling pin or smash em or something, and just swallow it with water. Or just scrape fuzz off and toss em in your mouth and chew em. Since you're taking so few chewin em up and swallowin em shouldn't be hard. Don't put em in tap water.

You can let it sit if you end up doing an extraction.
