hey thanks bob but it doesnt fully answer my question. i mean i paid a fine of 275 bucks but the cop made it sound like a had a lot on me when the size of the roach was like no bigger than a finger nail! I just need to know if its your first offense and ur history was clean, will that shit be off my record? so that if i get screened for a job it wont come up u know? and to answer ur question ive been smokin for 3 years now but im tryin to cut down cuz im trying to study and im the type when im high, im jus gonna stay in my room and play video games until i go to sleep then do it again the next day.

Well I got caught with just a small ass roach and the fuckin cop gave me a ticket saying i had possession of less than a frickin ounce! To make a long story short I had to pay a fine and since my record was clear the cop said the offense will be cleared after a year if i dont get caught no more. I never been caught up after that and ive been clean. Now im trying to get Licensed as a Real Estate Agent and before i can get Rating: 5
