Too much heat cause the fan leaves to grow larger to control the internal temperature of the plant. The larger fan leaves block the light to other parts of the plant and reduces lumens penetration.
Excessive heat for over a period of time can turn a female plant into a hermie.

Excessive is about how long cause it's been about 105 degrees for the last couple weeks...
there doing alright, they look really good I think...still growing quite abit despite the heatwave.
Tiny bit of nute burn on the tips, stopped feeding till heatwave is over unless it tells me it needs some.
I think the heatwave should be over in a few days but it stays pretty hot for the rest of summer here...I'm in cali too.
But I'm in centeral california abit inland...kind of smack dab in the middle and slightly south.Every post I make is purely fictional. Yes, the water droplets are very small. They are measured in microns. Outdoor restaurants use them on their patio areas around customers. It is more like a fog of moisture or morning mist. A sprinkler is to big of a droplets of water and will cause the magnifying affect.
