NooB Question ?

I just Kinda dumped some seeds on the ground in My home flower bed ..
About 1 month later I went back and found the Oddest pot plant I have ever seen in my life .. Im not sure if its a strange Straind or if its just some plant ..
I searched the area and there were No similiar plants anywere .. just were I droped the seeds ..

Decripition .. Dark Non Jaggid leafs .. same 5-7 leaf structure .. Tall thin growth not Bushy as I've seen MJ befor .. However the leafs bud in the joint of seperating branches like pot .. and the plant has a strong oder like weed .. The main Question is does any pot plants have Small thorns Growing on the bottem sides of the branches .. with pink flowers .. Bell shaped with like strings coming out through the bell .. I dont have a digital camera so I cant post a Pic .. through my discription can anyone tell me if Ii have A true pot plant or not .. ??? Thanks ...
