Well you are into week 6 of flower.

It is normal for those fan leaves to start doing what they are doing.

    How are the trichs looking?

If the plant is nearing its peak flower, this should be normal.

Looks like its supposed to.....let them go 1/2 brown then cut them off to give more light below.

week 6 out of 11 to 12 weeks. I still have 5 weeks ish to go Hardon, seems a little early for this, doesn't it?

Trichs are clear, getting sticker everyday.

I have seen some plants stay green to harvest so I didn't know these brown spots would pop up....

what do you think about the 5 weeks to go and this going on?

can you take a pic of the entire plant?

also, is this just the fan leaves?

The first and 2nd pic are almost the same pic....

pic 3 looks like normal aging.....

the bud leaves still look green....

    is this plant wide?
    lower 1/3? Upper?
    random?

Again, if its fan leaves only, i wouldnt worry.

even at half point, its ok for fan leaves to yellow and die off.....as long as it isnt plant wide and doesnt hit the upper section hard.

It appears as though its normal drawing of nutes from the fan leaves.

    Worry not.

Losing some of those leaves will help the light get on the buds a bit more as well.

On the real yellow ones, you can go ahead and pinch those off.

    Not cut.

I like to pinch anything I am going to throw away as it may help seal the wound faster and prevent mold or infection. Once those stems turn purple / red like that, they're done.

But again it looks normal and btw....those are nice buds....if you are only 65% thru flower at 6 weeks, you gonna really love them at week 9

    Looking super nice grow.

Keep me us updated please. I wanna see these grow.

cool man, I will post in the week of flowering and when the buds are done....

Here is my next grow, these are the seeds I wrote you about sometime ago, still have to many...

There are 13 but I always plant more then what I want so if 1 is lame or I over fert one, males.....etc. I will end up with 3 to 5 plants.

The big plants posted above were grown 2 weeks on floros and then under HPS system/Horti 600w. Did a pretty good job but I started these new girls under 400MH from the time they broke through the dirt and all I can say is wow! No stretching, nice and tight. I started germ last saturday and they broke dirt on Tuesday. I am in love with that 400w MH, it is perfect for veg in my case.

Of course this is a fast turn around project. in 5 to 6 weeks my Sativas will be done and my new grow will be ready to flower...

And this time, no topping. I only did it because Sativas grow tall but.... no problem yet so...

    I lost my mind.

I re-read the info on the site I got the seeds from, either they changed the info or I read one thing and thought another. They are done.

I thought they had more time to go but they are done.

I chopped them down and cleaned everything up. Not as much as I thought I would get but that is due to first time grower mistakes.

I fried my new grow, I thought I would try a root stimulator and that was that . I know, I know. 2 weeks old plants gone, pisses me off. I saw the burn coming but thought it was just a little and they would be ok, I woke up Friday and it wasn't good, not worth the effort of bringing them back.

But the good news is I have done my first grow and have some smoke.

    Out
