Drinking a healthy amount of water daily is good for you, but excessive water in the days prior to your test won't help. Excessive water in the hours before a test will help.

Sorry, but if all Barry used to bulk up was Creatine, he wouldn't be in the situation he's in now. Creatine is used by body builders, but it is not a steroid. It is VERY safe and not illegal.
Don't worry about getting Hulked out. It won't happen. Creatine loading is done because it is checked for in any lab urine validity test. Creatine metabolises into ceratinine and if your creatinine level in the urine validity test is below 20mg/dL, the sample is flagged as dilute and most times a second sample is requested. By preloading on Creatine, you can greatly reduce the possability of a dilute result.
As for foods high in Creatine, red meats top the list.
